   The existing movie rental player shall market the service to its customer base (under its own designated
brand) and the player will own its customers and customer relationship management.

   Valuable Group shall handle all the backend operations and provision of STB’s and in turn would charge
-   One time fee for Set Top Box
-   One time fee for Set Top Box set up and installation
-   Revenue share on the content rented
